Alessandro's Nail Technician Diploma Program
This intensive twelve week program will be broken down into weekly hands-on lessons, and will cover the following subject matter in depth:

Basic Manicure: You'll learn about nail and hand care and the best treatment available for individual skin and nail disorders and diseases. You'll receive extensive instruction on proper sanitation and sterilization for the spa, as well as; the proper application of paraffin wax treatments; french style manicures; and relaxing hand massage techniques.

Basic Pedicure: You'll learn about feet and toenail care and the best treatment available for individual skin and nail disorders and diseases. You'll receive extensive instruction on proper sanitation and sterilization for the spa, as well as; the proper application of paraffin wax treatments; french style pedicures; and relaxing foot massage techniques.

Artificial Nails: You'll learn all about the application of silk, gel, and acrylic nails, how to sculpt and shape the nail bed and tip, and remove and repair old and damaged nails. You'll also learn how to select the proper shape for each of your clients, and any conditions that may affect which type of application you may choose for them.

Design: You'll learn about advanced nail coloring and how to apply custom designs on artificial and natural nails using an airbrushing machine. You'll also receive extensive training in hand painting and coloring of custom hand-painted nail design.

Waxing: You'll learn the anatomy of body and facial hair as well as its growth patterns, and you will be trained with both hard and soft wax for the body and face. Along with this, you will learn proper spa sanitation and sterilization of tools and equipment.
Upon the completion of this twelve week program you will receive an accredited diploma for Alessandro International that will allow you to work in any professional salon or spa in Canada. The cost of this Program is $3500.00 and includes all course materials and supplies.
Continuing Education With Alessandro
In addition to the Diploma Program offered above, Alessandro also offers a five week course for those estheticians who would like to expand their professional portfolio to include an advanced knowledge of airbrushed and handpainted art for custom Designed nails.
· Airbrushing 1&2: You'll learn how to use beautifully designed airbrushing stencils to create a feminine finish for artificial and natural nails alike. You'll be taught how to use the airbrushing machine to show your talent to the fullest extent.
· Hand Painting 1&2: You'll learn how to design and execute beautifully hand painted nail design that will suit your client's personal tastes and will surely make them return customers!
Upon completion of this course you will be accredited in Alberta and Quebec on the art of professional nail design. The Cost of this course is $1000.00 and includes all course materials and supplies.
